Forever Jewels encourages millenium talent by giving them a chance to launch their designs through 5 brands.
Cupid, March, Assassino, 365 Love and Forever By Fai.

Registration

The Competition is open to designers bellow 30 years old from both Singapore and abroad. Each participant must select only one of the 5 brands and present a maximum of 3 different ideas/designs.

Participants will have knowhow in:

• Jewellery Design
• Knowing materials and the technical approach of working on them
• Each participant may submit only 3 different ideas/designs/sketches of jewellery.
• The designs may not have been exhibited before and must be original. Participant must be the creator of the design and own the rights. The designs may not have been exhibited before nor seen/sold by third parties during the contests.
• From the design the participant is also expected to supply an explanation of the underlying idea, an inspirational text and introduction, if you have a photograph of the source of inspiration please attached a high resolution photo.

The designs will be judged on the basis of anonymity.
The judging panel’s decision is final.

Theme & Inspiration

The challenge is to create a simple, iconic and sophisticated piece that will represent one of the five brands Cupid, March, Assassino, 365 Love or Forever By Fai. Theme and inspiration must respect the brand essence and artistic direction of the selected brand.

The Panel Of Judges Will Be Looking For

• A fresh and contemporary design interpretation of the brand
• The story behind the designs
• The choose of precious stones
• Sophistication and timeless appearance
• The target market and the price range

About the Jury

The Young Jewellery Designer competition jury is lead by Fai Chu Chu, founder and head of designer of Forever Jewels assisted by a panel of jewellery industry experts and designers.

• A brochure or catalogue of recent works via email
• Provide examples of work if you have exhibited before
• All fully completed design should be submitted within the 1st July 2021.
• The contestant assures the organization of having designed and made the design himself/ herself and that he/she has not submitted the designs to other design contests or offered to any other 3rd party for sale.

One winner by brand will be randomly selected from all entries received during the contest. The winning design projects will be manufactured, promoted and sold by Forever Jewels through Cupid, March, Assassino, 365 Love or Forever By Fai and the designer will receive a commission on sales from Forever Jewels based on the best industry standard.
