Orders
How do I place an order
- First, create an account by going to “My Account” on the top right-hand bar and select “Register”. Then, manually fill up all the details and click “Sign Up”, which you will then receive an email confirmation upon registration. Creating an account will help you keep track of your order history, ensure that all products in your wishlist and cart are constant, and be involved in our upcoming rewards and loyalty program.
- Ordering on foreverjewels.com is safe and secured. Click ‘Add to Cart’ on the item you would like to purchase, it will be placed in the cart. You can continue shopping or view your cart and continue through the checkout process to complete your order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after your order is placed, and another email after your order is shipped out of our warehouse to our delivery partners.
- Your wishlist items will be kept for as long as the product is available. However, these items are not placed on hold and subject to stock availability.
What do I do if I need help with any product or purchase?
Any extra help needed regarding any product or your purchase, you can either contact our team via email or WhatsApp here. Our team is available to all of your questions and concerns, and will not hesitate to answer any inquiries you may have.
Can I cancel or edit my order if it has already been placed?
You may cancel or edit your order anytime before it has been shipped out by contacting us via email or WhatsApp at +852 56456366. Otherwise, you can cancel or edit your order anytime within 30 days of your receipt. Please do note that you will be charged for shipping fee if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, and orders with personal engraved or personalised items cannot be cancelled.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
We offer a complimentary resizing service for the first resize, however, a small fee will be charged the second time onwards. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp here, and depending on your location, we will either organise a professional domestically in your area to have your product resized, or organise for your product to be shipped back to one of our offices to have it resized.

Do I have to pay for shipping?
No, shipping is complimentary for all orders.
Do I have to pay sales tax on my purchases?
Many countries impose customs duties and other taxes on importation of jewellery. We offer complementary import taxes and brokerage fees for the majority of the countries:

What are your delivery methods?
We use FedEx International Priority service to safely ship our jewellery around the world. The shipment is trackable on FedEx.com the entire way and we monitor all shipments through to delivery. FedEx will perform all customs clearance for you and deliver to your address.
How do I track my order?
A shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via email after your order has shipped, or click here to track your order.
Where does my order ship from?
All orders are shipped from Hong Kong.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on where you are located, in stock items can take 3-7 business days to deliver. However, out of stock items can take up to 30 days to deliver. Please note that due to Covid-19 safety restrictions, possible carrier delays as a result.
Gifting & Personalisation
Can I engrave my piece?
Yes, most of our products can be engraved on. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp here and we will organise your requests for you.
Is there any additional charge for engraving?
Not all products can be engraved, please contact us via email or WhatsApp here and we will organise your request for you. For products that can be engraved, we charge a fee of USD25.
How does your personalized service work?
Our Bespoke service ranges from small and simple name rings to your own desired personalized Jewellery. You can either consult with one of our designers to design something special for you, or you can provide us with a model or design that you wish to recreate. From small to large pieces, Forever Jewels can design and manufacture anything. All you need to provide us with is your own budget and the occasion of what the product is for. Return & Exchange
How do I return or exchange my orders?
You can cancel or exchange your order anytime before it has been shipped out by contacting us via WhatsApp at +852 56456366. Otherwise, you can cancel or exchange your order anytime within 30 days of your receipt. Please do note that you will be charged for shipping fee if the order is cancelled after it has been shipped, and orders with personal engraved or personalised items cannot be cancelled or exchanged. To be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, including all product documentation, and shipped back to us within 30 days. To expedite an exchange for a different product, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order. Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed. If a package or item delivered to you arrives damaged, please refuse the shipment. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported immediately or within two days of receiving your order. Forever Jewels is not responsible for lost or damaged returned shipments. To start the return process, please fill in the Return Merchandise Authorisation form here and we will contact you during our business hours (9am to 6pm hkt).
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow two weeks for your refund to be processed after we have received and approved for your product to be returned.

Can I have an item repaired?
We offer a complimentary repair service for the first repair, however, a small fee of USD30 will be charged the second time onwards. Please contact us via email or WhatsApp here, and depending on your location, we will either organise a professional domestically in your area to have your product repaired, or organise for your product to be shipped back to one of our offices to have it repaired. Our repair services include repairing minor scratches and broken parts, cleaning and polishing, prong tightening, and replating. We do not cover any damaged or lost stones, including negligence and breakage of stones, theft, and unauthorised third party modifications of all products. Any repair services that we may have missed, please contact us and our team will get back to you within 24 hours.
Materials
What materials do you use to manufacture your products?
All Forever Jewels products are manufactured using 18K Gold and mined stones. However, products under 365LOVE are also available in 14K Gold.
Do you use mined or lab grown diamonds?
All Diamonds and stones/crystals used in our products are all mined. We do not use lab grown diamonds.
Do you make anything with Silver?
At the moment, we do not provide Silver Jewellery.
